Be Seen days
(1-2-1) from £1950 (half day £975)

My PR full days begin with a brainstorm session then we map out what you want to achieve and we look at current sales and marketing strategies too. I completely tailor the session to you my client and deliver exactly what you need in order to achieve your goals.

Then I help you to write a strategy and PR plan for the next 6 months that can include –

• Key dates and lead times for pitching to media
• Identify the media you need to be in – including print, broadcast and online
• Can look at stages and platforms for speaking too if that is desirable to you
• Your unique stories or news pieces
• Tone of voice and messaging
• Call to action
• At least one written press release
• A structure so you know how to write future releases
• Map out any planned events including the images you need and any detail you need to maximise PR for them
• Analyse your marketing communications to those on your email database, existing customers, employees or other stakeholders
• Detail the visual images you need to ensure media coverage
• Give support, advice and encouragement for you to make the next steps with your PR

So you can leave with –

• A PR strategy for the next 6-12 months
• An action plan and schedule for the next 6 months
• At least one press release planned out
• Knowledge to be able to write future press releases
• Awareness about the other communications needed to databases, customers, employees and stakeholders
• A check list of the things you need to ensure before any media outreach
• Knowledge of where to find media requests and how to pitch to media
• Correct tone of voice and messaging across your marketing mix
