Our team is made up entirely of director-level consultants, each an expert in their field. That means our clients are never handed over to juniors or lost in layers of account management. Over the years, we’ve delivered award-winning campaigns for global airlines, international sporting events and tourism brands, while also supporting smaller, values-led businesses to grow sustainably and be seen in the right way. Alongside our agency work, Tree Communications also has a training and education arm, helping founders, leaders and teams learn how to confidently promote themselves, their businesses and their ideas. We believe visibility should be empowering, not intimidating and something more people can access and understand. We launched a Global Visibility Club to nurture and support.
As our name suggests, sustainability and responsibility are rooted in everything we do. We donate 5% of all profits to worthwhile causes and commit at least 1% of our time to supporting others. We actively encourage flexible and remote working and believe that looking after people, clients and team alike, leads to better work and better outcomes.
Tree Communications was founded by Sarah Stephens, a visibility specialist with over 25 years’ experience in PR and marketing across travel, tourism, hospitality and leisure. Sarah has worked with airlines for more than 14 years and is also a qualified travel agent, giving her a unique perspective, understanding the travel industry from both the client and commercial sides.
Sarah is also a passionate advocate for life after child loss, having sadly lost her eldest daughter at just 15 months old. Since then, she has raised over £50,000 for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital and now speaks openly to raise awareness, inspire others and encourage people to stop waiting for the “right time” and to take action now.
